  • Daily Audio Diary — A private voice journal to help you express, process, and track your emotional wellbeing throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
  • Saha Companion — An AI-powered conversational companion that offers warm, empathetic support and evidence-informed guidance, available around the clock.
  • Saha Forum — A moderated community where mothers connect, share experiences, and support one another anonymously or by name.
  • Saha Recipes — Nutritionist-curated meal ideas and recipes tailored to your current stage of the maternal journey.
  • Saha Store — A vetted marketplace of prenatal vitamins, maternity essentials, and newborn care products recommended for your specific stage.

Our goal is to make your maternal journey feel supported, seen, and less lonely — not to replace the care of qualified medical professionals.

Medical Disclaimer

Saha is a wellness and support platform — it is not a medical service, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The content provided through Saha, including guidance from the Saha Companion, recipes, community forum posts, and curated articles, is intended for general informational and emotional support purposes only. It should never replace the advice of a qualified obstetrician, midwife, general practitioner, mental health professional, or other licensed healthcare provider.

Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, pregnancy complication, or health emergency. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or heard on Saha.

In the event of a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services (such as 999 in the UK or 911 in the US) immediately. Saha is not equipped to handle medical emergencies.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of our content, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, accurate, or applicable to your individual circumstances. Use of any information provided by Saha is entirely at your own risk.

This licence does not extend to selling your content to third parties or using it for advertising without your explicit consent.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you share. You agree not to post content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or constitutes medical misinformation.

Community Standards

The Saha Forum is a place built on warmth, respect, and the shared experience of motherhood. We ask every member to uphold our community values:

  • Be kind. Treat every mother with the compassion you'd want to receive — especially on the hard days.
  • Be honest. Share your experience truthfully. Fabricated stories or manipulative content undermine our community's trust.
  • Respect privacy. Do not share another user's personal information, screenshots of private messages, or identifiable details without explicit consent.
  • No spam or self-promotion. Commercial solicitation and unsolicited promotions are not permitted.
  • Support, don't diagnose. You can share your own experience, but please do not attempt to diagnose other members or prescribe treatments.
💬
Our moderation team works to keep the Saha Forum a safe, joyful space. If you encounter content that concerns you, please use the in-app report feature. We take every report seriously and respond with care.

Repeated or serious violations of our community standards may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform without notice or refund.
